Ben roethlisberger on the last few mins of the game

I recorded the game and have watched the last part of the 4th quarter multiple times. Ben the Rapist quite clearly is signaling for a timeout REPEATEDLY as he is running up the field after the 69 yard Ju Ju catch and run. There was no doubt he was signaling for the timeout. So by saying the Steelers were "still deciding" whether they wanted to call a timeout or not is a damn lie.

As is always with the pats , false narratives become truths . Tomlin says today only a coach can call timeout ?

This is what happens when you worry about one game and one team all season....
That's a very good point. When Tomlin started talking to the press about this game three weeks ago, I thought it was a very good sign for our guys.

I really wish they were playing a half decent team next week, wouldve been an automatic L. This is still very much on their minds and theyre not getting over it anytime soon.

And Tony Romo gave him props for looking for the time out as he was running down the field. What a liar

So does the Steelers have a shot at HFA if the Pats should lose to Buffalo?

If we lose to buffalo they most likely will win out. Have to beat buffalo. I doubt very much they would blow it. It would be like 2015 all over again.

Well folks......we broke another team.

Yep, they're pretty much following the Seahawks and Falcons playbooks. Both of those teams felt entitled to those wins...which is why it's going to be far worse for the vast majority of Pittsburgh fans; they feel entitled all the time.

And, of course, for the players themselves, it's just as bad. Tomlin has much less control over his team than Carroll or Quinn.

ben is so unlikable...how can he say with a straight face he didn't want a time out where there is video of the game where he is running down the field calling for the TO. Is he delusional??

Dale and Holley with Keefe devoted a lot of the 2-3 pm hour today playing Roethlesberger's and Tomlin's versions of the last moments related at press conferences today. The guys were laughing at the outright, boldface lies they both told. They were contradicting one another left and right. It was literally unbelievable. Clown show team...

this is astonishing watching Ben throw the coaches and team under the bus for losing the game. it was 2 days ago and both Ben/tomlin are out there throwing excuses...now we MUST look at the catch rule, it was never bens fault, he never called a timeout.

I dont know if ive seen another quarterback after a loss basically say "we wouldve won except for our coaches. If I listened to myself"

It seems we broke them by beating them. remember the story about the broncos being scared to come to Foxboro? imagine if the Steelers have to come back to foxboro...and face a healthy patriots team.

but, I could easily see the steelers get upset in the divisional round. the way the Patriots are still on their mind, when it should be on Houston...

The Jags will absolutely steamroll them should the seeding stay the way it is.

If he was going to go with that lie, he should have said it immediately in the postgame instead of trying to throw his coaches under the bus. But hey, if they want to let this continue to simmer in their heads by coming up with and having to defend new lies, that's good with me.

So when does it come out that Ben was heroically playing through some previously undisclosed injury?
