It's really best to wait it out and see what happens as opposed to paying attention to internet experiences. Not only are NFL players a different breed when it comes to playing through injuries and pain but they have totally different options when it comes to medication and treatment. No one here can get round the clock treatment and possibly a shot before the game.

As long as he is sleeping fine at night he'll be good to go.
I had both of mine done at different times - they were torn up pretty good.
Took 3 Tylenol and 3 Advil at a time several times a day and I worked fine through it.
No athlete so I have no clue what's it like to play through it.

however - sleeping at night is where it can become unbearable .... f'n brutal at times.

Depending on the severity of the tear, it may not even be a surgical issue.

If the Packers were reaching to dump the contract after Rodgers went down, then it might not be a major issue for the Pats.

I cannot see the Pats signing him if he is IR bait. The Pack can help their compensatory pick haul by losing him now, but recovering him wouldn't seem of any value at all if he plans on retiring after this season. It would just represent future rights of little apparent value obtained at a cost.

His last two tweets from yesterday are ""This **** crazy bruuuuhhhhhh.... Wtf. Wow." and "I'll tell y'all everything one day, but wow." I am hoping that is directed at the Packers, but I recalled he had some very excited tweets posted immediately when he joined the Pats last year, which I was hoping to see. Not sure what to read in that.

My understanding is he passed his physical and is practicing with the team today.

Marty doesn't even have to be the main guy. He will get some touches but he will be an excellent decoy. 60 percent of bennett's better than Dwayne Allen. Maybe Allen can surprise me and have a decent game.

Does it heal while you're working through it?

Not when it's ripped up right through with a hole. ... the only thing that helps is getting stronger with all the muscles around it.
But none of it matters when you're sleeping - wake up and it feels like the shoulder is falling off.

Some of us men have a larger than normal Acromion or a bone spur in it and that just keeps tearing it.
If you cannot pinpoint an injury then this is probably you ... was my problem in both cases.

Yep. I don’t expect the athletic Bennet from earlier in his career but his blocking and knowledge of the system could help in a Super Bowl run.

It is because you have no clue about anything. There are actual people who make their living being beat guys or former players on the record completely disagreeing with the garbage you are posting about Allen and you keep ignoring them and anyone else.

I am sure you didnt even notice that half of Gronks TDs against the Chargers belongs to Allen for taking the coverage with him.

60% of nobody is better than their immediate depth in pro football. Everyone just says stuff like that not realizing how small the margin between superstars and JAGs really is.
