Wouldn't that constitute as tampering? Or is it ok if 49ers give Belichick permission to speak to Hoyer? One might think that Belichick must have had assurances from Hoyer.

you seem t be the one getting butthurt about it@Nunchucks is so f&cking triggered by this comment.
I have to say bringing in the former star who has struggled recently seems like a very BB move. Not Colin Kaepernick LOLLLLL.
How is this applicable to krapernickI have to say bringing in the former star who has struggled recently seems like a very BB move.
I agree.No it’s not tampering
Why not?I agree.
However, I don't believe that a team can trade for a player, with an understanding met that another player will be cut.
I'm not a scholar on the rules, but I believe that there is a rule against cut someone else being part of a trade. The media types that speculated on this could be wrong, of course. Why not?
There were rumors floating around Steve Grogan was dusting off his neck roll.If Hoyer had signed with the Packers who would the Patriots have signed?
I don’t think there is any rule against it. There is no reason to.I'm not a scholar on the rules, but I believe that there is a rule against cut someone else being part of a trade. The media types that speculated on this could be wrong, of course.
Hoyer has won games in this league with less than stellar rosters. Kaepernick sucked once coaches figured him out and their defense fell apart. Hoyer is the better option. Many are better options than Kaepernick. This myth that he’s worth a damn is just that - a myth.you seem t be the one getting butthurt about it
