Jones was solid in New England. 12 sacks per year, good against the run, took up a lot of double teams, vocal leader on the line..just cost too much.

It's nuts how every new 3rd down back is as good or better than the last. Faulk, Woodhead, Vereen and White have all been really good receivers for the Pats. Have to give the crown to White though.

At halftime, I'm happy so far. LA's only points have been that one big goof-up run. Beyond that the Chargers' offense has been mostly throttled. On the other side, the Pats' offense has moved the ball well and just had a few mishaps in part due to LA's quality pass rush. By the fourth quarter that rush will be exhausted and it'll look like a different game, I think. I'm not too concerned right now. Gonna go play some Switch during the break.
