NFL Week 2 Games

Now the falcons defense going on prevent mode. Haven't learned their lesson.

Stop playing this soft defense, Atlanta. The game's not over yet. Have you fools learned nothing after getting schooled by the GOAT.

The scenario is set for a 24 point choke job by the falcons...

...oh wait, it's Aaron "I only win with a lead" Rodgers...

...nevermind

The officials really have it in for GB, it would seem.

I have to remind myself it's the Packers, so I don't feel bad for them, but holy cow. If this was us I would be livid.

So the bungles want kaepernick? Only the bungles would make such a move.

That falcons vs pats rematch game will be fireworks. Hopefully we have everyone healthy.

Surprised GB isn't looking for Adams more with Nelson out. A lot of Cobb but little Adams.

Edit: The instant I type that a pass to Adams. Still.... surprised he isn't being fed more.

I want this game to be a bit more competitive.... this sucks. This should have been a better game. A lot of top billed games so far this year have been let downs.

I know Atlanta were not good last week but unlike other teams no one issue has popped up which will hold them back. The only issue is Ryan isn't all that good and could have an off game easily. Of course an off game with this offense is just taking stupid sacks and missing a TD. They have so much talent on O it is near fool proof.

How did he win MVP? He does nothing impressive. Guys are always wide open

I really hope you two are trolling, because that's just clueless posting, otherwise.

Have to get that play off before the end of qtr...

Week 1... Giants/Dallas - boring, Seattle/GB - boring.

Week 2... GB/Falcons - boring, Dallas/Denver - boring.

The only decent prime time game so far against supposed top teams has been Pats/KC but sadly I could not enjoy that.

I'm not sure what will take longer to get used to:

Mercedes Benz Stadium (as opposed to Mercedes Benz Dome, even though the stadium is also a dome); or

Saying 'Los Angeles Chargers' (and seeing 'LAC' on the crawl on the bottom of the screen, and thinking that I am it is an update of NBA scores).

Ryan isn't all that good though. Not trolling. He isn't bad. He is obviously above average but just not all that good. He is a pretty good QB with a stacked offense. I honestly think he is no better than Stafford or Cousins. He is in a tier with a bunch of guys who are solid but not amazing.

He takes horrible sacks and misses open reads way too often. A big reason the Pats were able to come back in Ryan taking untimely sacks where it was the 1 thing he couldn't do and not using the clock the way he should. He has a 20M dollar arm and 1 dollar head too often.

Rodgers gets his balls washed too much but he does deserve a good 60-80% of it if we are to be honest. Clearly a HOFer.

The stadium name is just another generic, corporate sponsored name just like almost every other stadium in the country. I don't even blink twice as these ridiculous names.

I will never get used to Los Angeles Chargers.
