From what I've read, the following have been released:

Max Rich, Josh Augusta, Sam Cotton, Mikey Bart, Jason King, Glenn Gronkowski. I'm sure there are more to come, but I haven't seen all of those names yet in this thread.

I've been updating the original post every so often.

No way to know. The tweet I read said Foster averaged 10.something yards per PR, which is adequate. IIRC, he's consistently averaged around 23 yards per KR this pre-season. Not a world-beater, but adequate.

The 23 YPR is actually pretty good when you consider he didn't have the normal blocking unit in front of him for Kick Returns.
