Yeah, Houston in August makes Miami look like Ontario. I've been there that time of year, it's like living in an ineptly drained malarial swamp on top of a lava flow.

Dallas isn't as bad (it's usually way less humid) but it still gets stupidly, ridiculously hot.

And then there's Corpus Crispi.

Here comes the media dump.

I am starting to get to the point where if this team cuts a promising player like Moore to keep Cyrus Jones who has not made 1 good play in all the time I have seen him (no that is not hypberole... He has made some okay plays but literally no good ones) I am going to lose my s**t.

Even if Gillislee is out for a bit, I think BB would keep another more promising player over Bolden

I don't know. He looked good during the first game albeit against a preseason DL. Curious of how he'll do the next couple of weeks.

Why would you think that? He didn't do that before . albeit I suspect his evaluation of Bolden might somewhat differ from fans'..

Sorry if already posted

You think sorry is gonna cut it? Just who do you think you are buddy? Posting a tweet that was posted in this thread already. You think you are some kind of big shot who can post whatever you like without getting the okay from me? I don't know what kind of wishy washy forums you have been on but we got rules here see?

You do realize someone who may have read that tweet before may now be stuck reading it again! You just cost them 3 seconds of their time. How you gonna make up for that? How do I get my 3 seconds back from you? There is no getting it back. That is the answer. Obviously you are the worst person who ever existed and now must be banished to the island of misfit toys. Sorry those are the rules here.

In general, I have no problem with Bolden. Excellent STer and an ok RB5. Solid locker room guy.

Buts with the talent at RB hes has a loooong uphill climb.

He didn't do what before?

Well I don't think that particular trade would happen but I wouldn't mind moving Hogan for the right price. Yes he is a solid WR but he might be the #4 here and with Carr/Lucien perhaps emerging this year there is a real squeeze at WR.

I would trade Hogan for a decent DE.

I would get rid of Amendola way before I get rid of hogan.

In fact I wouldn't trade hogan at all. He's got good size and speed, coming into his prime, is very clutch, and a proven deep threat. Him teamed up with cooks gives us dynamite on the outside. Amendola is far more replaceable, especially at his age

Where is this madness of trading Hogan coming from?

Jules. Age
DA. Age
Cooks. 2 years left on deal but looks to be staying long term
Mitchell. knees of a 46 years old man.

Folks need to see the big picture.

What looks like depth today may not be depth tomorrow.

Here we go again.

Amendola will get you nothing though. His talent is maximized in this system with Brady as a spot player. Everyone knows it. There is no point trying to trade him as you will get bad value for the asset you give up.

Also I hate to harp on this fact but I don't see how you can consider Hogan untouchable. Is there literally no one or nothing you would trade him for besides multiple first round picks? I don't mean to jump down your throat. I am just saying it is worth considering and he is not some amazing player who if we lose we take a massive shot to our super bowl chances.

Hogan last year caught 38 balls for 680 yards. That is a good year. It was mostly without Gronk and without Cooks here. Add those 2 in for 16 games and he sees less passes.

In the end i think we are talking about a player who sees 30 receptions on this team. To say we can't spread that out to Mitchell/Amendola and other pieces to me is just not accurate.

You think Amendola is a better WR right now than Hogan?

I stand by my point, Amendola is more replaceable than Hogan.

Hogan is easier to replace than Amendola. Cooks and to some extend Mitchell can take over Hogan's routes whereas apart from Edelman there is nobody that can do Dola's job. It is that easy.
