Pats sign former Jet LB David Harris

Fit him for a ring

I honestly see him letting HT rush the edge more (and win us more SBs).

He's been one of my favorites over the years, but I think this could really end up cutting down Ninko's snaps.

That's an interesting thought.

Not exactly what I wanted but we needed depth so I'm ok with it. More competition the better and let the best linebackers win the roster spots.

Edit: I think this could help with getting everyone set correctly on defense. Maybe it will help eliminate the few blown coverages the D had against the Falcons in Super Bowl LI.

TBH they are kinda slow at LB.

Thats not MPs chart.

They added speed to EDGE (also DL and DB). We still have to see Rivers' role. He might bring some of the coveted speed to LBs this year depending on matchups . and if this frees Hightower you have some more of the speed there..

And there's speed in experience, reading plays and instincts as well..

There was some seriously hilarious angst in that thread.

What I liked best, was that no matter how pitiful the Rats fan came across, there was no temptation to feel bad for them at all.

We know that the loss will leave a mark on the Falcons, but we can also hope that it will damage other opposing teams, who were celebrating vicariously through the Falcons, as well.

Good stuff!

Makes you wonder what the deal is with Mangold.

Either BB thinks he's got nothing left or seriously dislikes him personnally.

Belichick in this offseason like

But I had heard that "Kraft is cheap".

Now if you could somehow get the Falcons fan forum Super Bowl thread from the garbage bin that would be epic!

Honestly I think they removed it. I couldn't find it among the top views or replies (a way you can sort popular threads easily).

Yeah that's what they did. Apparently they do that with all their gameday threads. So I was kinda surprised when no Saints fan at least made a backup of the thread and posted it somewhere.
