Just like 17 touchdowns in 8 years -
Amendola.
Surprised you didn't respond to my anti Bruins posts.
You must agree.... they suck as an organization... owner, coach & GM.
Tom Brady took a pay cut for the good of the team.
Amendola took a pay cut because he was not worth his current contract & he would have been cut if he did not take a huge pay cut.
Amendola's most recent pay cut was huge, but nobody would have given him that money, so he had no choice.
I guess I concede. Absent an injury, it's Hawkins or Amendola.
Amendola offers far more experience and likely more on special teams with his punt return ability, while Hawkins offers quite a bit more athletic ability. So short term (this year) Amendola likely wins that contest.
Yes.. Hogan is a JAG because YOU say so.. You don't offer up Jack to support your claims, you just run your mouth..
I don't need to respond to your moronic anti-Bruins posts. The fact that you made them in this thread shows you've can't actually hold up your argument.
BTW, I love how you disagree with facts. But then, you're clearly one who doesn't care about facts anymore..
You seem to be ignoring the likes of Austin Carr, though he's likely to start the year on the PS unless there is an injury to Amendola.
So, you can't be bothered to actually answer the question. Instead you talk about Tom Brady taking a pay cut which has nothing to do with what was asked.
Again, please name the last Patriot who took a paycut that BB jettisoned..
I don't think Brady is in decline. I think he has 3 years left. I have said that repeatedly, I am just going by what BB has said, and has done. And reports from Schefter that have all been right so far. The last one being "they want to keep him beyond 2017" draw your own conclusions.
Again I will say that I think Brady has 2 or 3 years left of Brady level play.
That's exactly what I said.
Dola and Hawkins have nothing to do with each other. The #5 WR + ST player is his job unless he gets injured. Hawkins is injury depth for WRs in general. Don't know what's so difficult to understand or requires disagrees.
There are more to special teams than kick returns.
Unless you think Amendola is a better special team player than Slater.
Let me know when Amendola has made open field tackles like this guy?
Matthew Slater may be faster than both of them.Hawkins is really fast - a close second to Cooks. The combo could force most teams into zone for Brady to pick apart.
Matthew Slater may be faster than both of them.
You want to talk stats & facts ......
Amendola....
17 Touchdowns in 8 years is a JAG !
Guys with better stats than that are cut all the time.
If Hogan isn't a JAG, what is he?
4 seasons & 1,639 yards & 10 total TD's.
If Hogan isn't a JAG, then what is he?
As far as the Bruins....
Do they have a good owner, GM, or coach?
Matthew Slater may be faster than both of them.
So...because the guy made a special teams tackle in the CFL 7 years ago...the Patriots should keep him over Amendola. Got it.
Spoken like you have never watched a Patriots game and they are killing your fantasy teams. By your logic Kevin Faulk and Vince Wilfork are JAGS because their numbers were pedestrian. The truth is that the only JAG is you.
