thanks, i wasnt sure just my brother had text me about it

Pretty big fall from Hopkins to an early 4th round pick that turned in to a late 3rd.

Ehh. Report was Patriots tried to setup that deal. Not sure if it was "close" or not. I mean the Pats could have tried to trade Collins for a teams next 10 first round picks but that doesn't mean it would be close to happening.

Would have been a big heist...

Would have loved Jonathan Joseph as well!

According to reports, we were going to draft him had Houston not snatched
him two picks in front of us his draft year.

Lol thats a Danny Ainge offer, worth a try though I guess.

I guess I don't follow the rest of the league like I used. You get older, priorities shift. But what the hell is a Nuk Hopkins? It sounds like early 1900s slang for fisting. I fingered her bloomer pudding and than I gave her a nuk hokins, I tell ya.

My first impression is the same.. but then if you think what Houston could do with Mercilus, Clowney, Watt, McKinney and then Collins as well.. kinda see the angle that might have made this at least a bit of a consideration.. but overall it would have still been a heist..

That's why Danny can't complete a trade to save his life. He wants to rape every team he deals with. He seems to think all the other GMs are idiots. He concerns me. I don't think he can get us to number 18. But that's a discussion for a different forum.

Lol he's the best trader in the game, he's pulled off numerous heist. Don't give up Jaylen or the Brooklyn picks unless it's an incredible deal.

Then he was almost in the Superbowl...almost.

In the end they wound up with someone almost as good as Hopkins in Floyd, and HE won't be as hard to resign and if he does it will be for a lot less than what Hopkins will demand.

On the other hand, having a DHopkins on the field this superbowl with about 1o games under his belt and ready for the superbowl would have been sweet, though given the choice, I probably would have liked Joseph more
