Might be one of the worst run organizations over the last few years. If I'm a Colts fan I'm literally dying inside.

How they've built that team is so backwards.

As a sports fan I want as many good teams as possible. The league sux rn and really has no parity.

What they've done w/ Luck is just awful.

You can't feel bad for them tho bc of Irsay.

I don't believe that for a second, the reason it fell apart was the fact Gruden gets $6.5m a year to broadcast 16 games a year.

He will NEVER coach again, why would you increase your workload 100x for a million or two more?

That guy isn't even a credible reporter, they're offering Peyton Manning GM roles according to Jay Glazer so they're clearly not attached to Grigson.

I respect them as a tough team with strong leadership. Ozzie Newsome is a top tier GM. John Harbaugh, though annoying to me, is going to be a tenured coach.
