Pretty darn good call! You earned the right to brag about it.

I'm disappointed. I wanted to see Alabama cement themselves as an incredible dynasty. But, Watson was by far the better quarterback, and it's nice to see him win before he goes to the NFL. Hurts will have several more chances, I'm sure.

As far as I'm concerned bama despite the game is a dynasty. They still had 3 titles in 4 years. Still a relevant team

They should have tackled all the receivers - forces the FG. What the Pats failed to do in the SB.

The other thing I was thinking is what Giants did on last drive in SB 46 with having 12 players on the field playing defense. They were able to drain an extra 4-5 secs and the Pats only got 5 yards I think.

Damn. The pass was to the outside, and the gameclock had less time. But I can't help but be reminded of Pete Carroll's playcall in Super Bowl 49.

There defense was just that good all year: they never needed him to do anything. Their d got tired tonight. Bama just hasn't solved that position since McCaaron

Take away the 68 yd TD to Howard, which given a few warmup tosses I could have completed, Hurts had 63 yds passing. I don't care who you are or who you're playing, it's tough to win with that.
