OT: Pagano: "Beating JAX means team has right guys"

I've gone from disliking to loving that franchise. They're a gift that keeps on giving. They're an easy out every time we play them, and their loser mentality that they seem to enjoy displaying publicly is very entertaining.

Watch Luck celebrating the go ahead TD in yesterday's game. It seems he agrees with Pagano.

At the 0:24 mark.

SnappyTV - #JAXvsIND: LUCK!
Better than Sheldon Richardson saying f this game where da hoes?

Hard to kill a guy for playing hard.

Easy to kill pagano for just not getting what his job is.

Beating 3-13 teams is a big deal for Pagano.

That can't be from yesterday can it?
"One if the biggest wins I've ever had"?????

It's from Week 3 last season against the Titans.

Today's press conferences have been gold. Between Pagano, York and Whaley...

What owners Terry and Kim Pegula did not do was fill Whaley in on the reasons why they felt they needed to make a change. During a Monday press conference, Whaley said that he was not “privy to the details” of the conversation between Ryan and ownership and that his input was never solicited before the decision was made to send Ryan packing.

I was told by my boss that I will no longer be working with Rex,” Whaley said.

Doug Whaley: I don’t know why Rex Ryan was fired

The 49ers have fired G.M. Trent Baalke and coach Chip Kelly, a year after firing coach Jim Tomsula, and two years after “mutually parting ways” with coach Jim Harbaugh. But with all those dismissals and the team getting progressively worse, is there someone higher up in the organization who should be fired?

Not according to owner Jed York, who said at his press conference today that he remains in charge.

Asked why he shouldn’t be dismissed alongside Baalke and Kelly, York answered, “I own this football team. You don’t dismiss owners. I’m sorry that that’s the fact and that’s the case, but that’s the fact.”

Jed York: I own the 49ers, and you don’t dismiss owners

Honest to god, I know every team and coach can't be the Patriots and Belichick, but how can anyone listen to something like that and not just laugh your ass off? What a f####### clown show. I hope Irsay owns that team forever, Pagano coaches it forever and Grigson is the GM forever. Oh, and Andrew Luck is about a millimeter from being permanently damaged goods. Couldn't happen to a nicer outfit. Absolute joke.

Rare honesty in all cases.

Kraft essentially dismissed Kraft. It can be done, and has been done by any number of owners. York just doesn't want to do it. He wants to meddle, and that's been a disaster for that team.

That team is now paying $69m to head coaches who are no longer coaching that team.

Also, Jed does not own the team.

If only the Patriots were capable of overcoming a 17 point deficit to defeat a 3-13 team at home... if only the ball had bounced their way!

holy **** they are excited to be 8-8. good god.

...in the worst division in football. They couldn't beat out the mighty Houston Texans, you know, the team that started the immortal Brock Osweiler for 15/17ths of the season.

Pagano also said..."Hey! I didn't call a fake punt. That's an improvement."

To have the entire Colts and Ravens fan base, ownership and coaching staff have to sit through this month and hopefully next month and watch us on prime time at Gillette just warms the ****les of my heart :). And yes that includes you John Harbaugh, you dirtbag, #SweetJustice. You come at the King, you best not miss....Ooops you missed !

We need Pagano and Grigson back... with Rex gone, comic relief could be in short supply next year. Then again we will still have the J-E-S-T-S!

They should try to get Jim Mora Sr. back. Guy wasn't afraid of the truth like these losers.

I disagree. Luck is done and will never recover. In some ways he reminds me of Bledsoe who was much better when he was young and didn't know anything and didn't try and think and just threw it. I would not touch Luck or his salary.
