There's a chance that they can be locked in as the 6 seed with a win (or tie) today + a Broncos loss (@ Chiefs) and Ravens loss (@ Steelers), thus giving them nothing to play for against us next week, which would be nice.

They need Denver and Baltimore to lose (Tennessee as well but they already did) to get in with a tie. Not unreasonable for that to happen.

not totally correct, they could jump to #5 seed wth a win next week and chargers beating KC...and that is a late game
