I am not a superstitious man, so i don't fear the giants at all.

If we avoid the big plays and tackle well, which are basically 2 of the 3 most important rules for our D#, we wont have to worry about OBJ or anyone else in that mediocre offense (playoff level)

Their defense has a solid secondary but, outside of JPP, no one is really good there. Their LB corps is particalrly weak.
Yeah man snacks isn't one of the best defensive lineman in the league right now

Dream SB match up Giants vs ???

The giants fans are already thinking about a super bowl rematch. They are so arrogant - they think that beating the pats would be "just another feather in the cap for Eli." These people are so confident right now lol with a 24th ranked offensive and all.

With their defense they can beat anybody. I do think Seattle is an awful matchup for them though. But they do have playmakers, and they have a guy that's a threat to take one to the house every time. They should be very happy with their football team

I think the Giants could really struggle in Seattle but the Seattle defense needs to prove itself without Thomas

The Giants need to conjure up a consistent and viable running game if they want to get out of the NFC.

I agree they are a good team, but I am a bit skeptical about how good they are. For example, they beat the cowboys twice - by a total of 4 points (1 point in the season opener, 3 points in the most recent meeting). They lost badly to pittsburgh a few weeks ago, beat cleveland by a mere 2 touchdowns (while we beat them by 20 points), barely beat the bengals, etc.

They would have to go on the road to either Green Bay or Atlanta in the wild card and face a very good offense. Then they would have to travel to Dallas where they have to try to beat a team three times in the same season. Then most likely have to go out to Seattle. That is a TALL order.

I think Seattle and nyg would be a blood bath. Can you imagine the Giants front 4 against seattles o-line?? Russ might get murdered.

It would also probably be a 13-10 game, and filled with monster hits. Old school football for sure.

I would expect something like the 2011 NFC championship game. I remember Eli taking a beating in that game, dude just kept getting back up. I have a lot of respect for guy, which people here probably don't like

Their 4 man rush can be inconsistent. I've watched a lot of giant games. They don't get a lot of sacks but I've seen them pressure the quarterback late in games. They have the best secondary they have had since probably before I was born though. Their defense is that damn good though. They have impressive stats for how much they have been on the field. They win ugly. The Giants have always won ugly. That's what they do when they are good

The funny thing is they had this exact problem 5 years ago, They magically conjured one up in the playoffs after having the leagues worst rushing attack.

Edit: I wanted this rematch 5 years ago, And I wish so badly San Fran wouldve won that game. for those that want this rematch, be careful what you wish for. I will say that Ben Mcadoo is no where near the coach that tom coughlin is

The Giants were lucky to face the Cowboys in the very 1st game of the year, also being Prescott & Elliott's first career game.

The league has gotta want Oakland in there.

Probably Oakland vs Dallas for the best ratings. Or Oakland vs NY.

I think Dallas proved that it was not a fluke. They match up better with dallas than anyone in the nfl

What i think the league wants....

1. Pats/Dallas
2. Pats/NYG
3. Pats/SEA
4. Pats/GB

Pats pull in ratings and b/c DAL and NYG are big markets and good storylines they'd prefer them.

SB49 had great ratings but not sure how much Goody's crusade vs NE had to do with it

LOL you think the Radiers will produce more ratings than Tom Brady, THEN YOU MUST BE HIGH
