Yeah I grew up talking to my uncle Bucky. My dad told me he was in D-day, shot on the beach by machine gun as a radio man, watched all his friends die, and then got transfered to iwo jima, and then latte philippines. When he came home he put everthing in a closet in the hall, and no one was allowed to touch it. Bucky talked to me about it sometimes, but most of the time he wanted to be left alone. He became a cab driver in DC and never talk about the war, only me sometimes. I was a kid 5-10 at the time, no idea why he talked t me.Vapid childishness unfortunately is contagious among NFL players. "Yeah! Let's protest ... um ... something during the national anthem! It'll get us noticed and make a difference. Right?"
I watched only first half and i was thinking that Blount isnt capable of doing that. He was dancing trough their defense.Hyde's pretty good. Just has had sucky OLs the last few years. Not sure on this one yet but so far they've been OK.

Nfl is so dumb. Why isn't the first LA game on primetime?
Wouldn't it be at 7:15 if that game was in LA instead of SF?it would have started 4:30 pacific time.
Has a preseason feel to itI recall the olden days when Monday Night Football was something special. Now it's more like exhibition football in terms of both production and quality of play.
They and the Thursday night games have been the most boring games for at least half a decade now. I really don't even watch the games anymore unless the Pats are playing. Hell, ReverendMaynard watched it last night and said that even he was bored.I recall the olden days when Monday Night Football was something special.
