Where are people reading that he is allowed to be at the Browns' facility during his suspension? I read he is allowed at TC and practices?

I still want him on the Pats for a conditional pick but I just don't see this guy staying on the straight and narrow.

It's maddening that the guy was suspended for a year but the following punishment is 4 games? The NFLPA is happy but they are conveniently being hypocritical

NFL Commissioner Roger Goodell today reinstated Joaquin "El Chapo" Guzman as the Head Trainer for the Cleveland Browns. El Chapo will have to serve a four game suspension and will be eligible to help the Browns prepare for their game against the New England Patriots.
