Question about Brady's QB Sneak

Thanks for posting that AtomicDawg. Always thought Brady's running on QB sneaks was an overlooked aspect of his game. Wow, best in the league percentage wise with less than 2 yards on third or fourth downs.

At the time of this recording they indicated that with less than 2 yards to go on 3rd or 4th down...Brady has the highest active player conversion rate of 91.9%...next clsoest was Marshawn Lynch at 60%.

That stat says it all.........GOAT GOAT GOAT

The OP made me look for the SportsScience where they talk about his sneaks, and low and behold, here it is.

Thanks....I had not seen the clip before. Loved the part about Marshawn Lynch's conversion rate of 65% compared to Tom's 91.9 rate. LMFAO....

Pete Carroll must have watched this video before THE GAME, lol.

Understanding the humor in this, the Seahawks decided to throw on 2nd down and 1--so Lynch's failures on 3rd/4th down don't really apply in this instance.

That said, I believe that out of the 5 attempts given to Lynch throughout the season from the 1 yard line, he only saw the endzone once, so that particular specific likely did come into play.

Absolutely, Sup. In that case, perhaps the Seahawks should have gotten Brady to run it then, lol.

When he gets low, which he does on The vast majority of his sneaks, its safer than probably any other play involving him. No chance of him getting blindsided or hit on or below the knee. As long as he doesnt leap like in the ravens game which is very dangerous.

Who else on this team would you rather see try to convert 3rd/4th and <2 yards, with these crap RBs
and putrid OL?
