That doesn't mean they think those guys are a big part of the plan or will even make the team. Just enough that they want them in mini camp at least.

He's an ERFA who is signed at under the vet minimum. I don't see why the fuss about him being on a 90 man team. There is no cap cost, other than a very low bonus, if he is given one.
