Reading this is worse than reading a game thread!

All said if I understand the judges' remarks correctly suddenly invoking the mis-alleged facts (sic) of the occurrence, I am glad that I never wasted my time reading the pages of legal analysis posted here.

I thought that was bizarre as well. It was like they we're rehearing the case instead of ruling on Bermans ruling.

Saw a comment on another article on CSN, why isn't Berman on the appeals panel? Goodell couldn't see anything wrong with that could he?

that would lend itself to the court casually upholding Berman's ruling.......I think it would not be as casual if they were overturning

Judges decide the case and one of them writes the opinion.

Once the opinion comes out, the loser will decide whether or not to appeal.

I take back my apology.

Colloquially that can be meant to infer that it approached "overwhelming." To the letter of the phrasing, though, it means that he found it compelling, not overwhelming. Either way, looks like a bad day for Brady.

I hope I don't get drowned with PC backlash, but it's just a joke. In reference to, if anything, the complimentary stereotype of asians being super smart. Chin must be an anomaly if he truly thinks what he does.

Asians can be as smart or as dumb as anyone else. Becoming a federal judge (sadly) is not some automatic confirmation that you are smart.
