I think the Kraft's are limited in what they can do to show their complete disdain for the cabal at 354 Park Ave as personified by Mike Kensil, but one of the things they CAN do to make their feelings clear is to do what several have already said. Never let him into Gillette Stadium without a Pats security person by his side, who is wearing a GoPro, and recording his entire visit.

It is critical that Kraft lets him know that they don't trust the intentions of league toward the Pats, and believe that the Cabal that includes Kensil is willing to lie, misinform, and otherwise slander the good name of this franchise, and they don't trust him to be alone while at their stadium. It will also make it clear to Kensil that the Krafts are not afraid to protect that is their's, even if it makes the NFL look bad.
