It's just idiots like Freeman who run to their computers to click submit after Rodgers finally beat the Seahawks to proclaim him the GOAT. Guy was 25 of 33 for 250 yards and 2 TD with 91 of those yards coming in the 4th quarter. Brady in the biggest game of the year in the 4th quarter down 10. Went 13 for 15 124 yards 2 TD against basically the same defense. Then the sheer audacity to print this story after Brady has pretty much had his best start to a season ever.
Guy is boasting about Rodgers only having 13 incompletions on the year (43 of 56 76.8%). TB has 28 incompletions this year but he's thrown the ball 91 times and has 63 completed passes which is a 69.2% completion percentage. He's thrown 35 more times than Rodgers and has only 15 more incompletions. Which means Brady is 7 incompletions from having the same completion percentage as Rodgers but with almost double the attempts. Which there was about 6 drops from Pats receivers yesterday, they hang onto those and Brady basically has the same completions percentage and a 131.3 QB rating for the season

This thread isn't exactly oozing with 'hate'.
Rodgers is good. Very good at times.
But what people seem to ignore nationwide, is that Rodgers has a little bit of Peyton in him, when it comes to the playoffs.
His SB win came against a dogshit Pittsburgh team too. Normally, who cares, but people always bag on Peyton's win being against Rex Grossman, so...
3 one-and-dones and one of the most epic gacks in playoff history just last year. I get that he was hurt, but what was the excuse the first three quarters, when they moved the ball and didn't score TDs?
To me, Rodgers is a great regular-season QB, who neither helps nor hinders his team in the playoffs, all told. That makes him better than Peyton, anyway.
I just don't get how someone can call him the greatest ever right now. Brady is currently still adding to his resume.
That might be going a bit too far. The guy is a great talent, he just isn't on Brady's level, and therefore should not be considered the GOAT.
same people who thought dan marino was the greatest ever circa 1987 ish

We were writing this same kind of stuff pretty early in Brady's career. It turns out we were pretty much right. I'm not going to rule out Rogers attaining similar accomplishments. He does have a chance....not a great chance but a reasonable one.Sure. Let me do a Brady write up like i did Rodgers. Will take a while though. Brady has a few more games : P
