True. But each position has 2-3 paths (for simplification). A) Puts Brady in a positive light, B) the truth, C) Puts Brady in the negative. Now, it could be that the truth falls under A or C, but we don't have all the relevant info available.Hate to be a spoilsport, but circumstantial evidence can be enough to convict. Not saying there's enough of it in this instance, but this exuberance over lack of direct evidence is irrational. Expected better of Steph Stradley. The NFL's case has always been built on inference and lack of direct evidence has been known for quite awhile.
Let's say there are 5-10 inferences made by the NFL. Pretty much each and every one went with (C) only. And even then, their case is extremely weak.
