I really don't know what the big deal is that Tedy didn't know what gestures like this meant. I am in my '50's ad have no idea what many of these gestures used by the (c)rappers and punks like this kid use. Maybe Tedy has more important things to learn and do than worrying about useless and offensive stuff like this.
