I'd have traded up for Carl Davis at 50 or 51. Houston and Philly. I think we'd have found a dance partner. Take a G like Jamil Douglas at 97

In a vacuum maybe. Davis fits the 2015 and 2016 Patriots much better. Hardison could grow into a 1 tech next to Easley. But, it will take a few years. I think Davis is close to helping right away at that spot.

Like them both. Think they have two of the better upsides at DT in this draft. I'm also a big, and recent, fan of Grady Jarrett.

I like the idea of Jamil Douglas in that clump of three picks later.

The difficult thing to know with Davis is which Davis are you going to get, the one on film or the one at the SB. If it's the one on film, then we've already got him in Alan Branch. Don't get me wrong, I like Davis but I don't think he's necessarily a slam dunk.
