They released Browner at $4.8m to get under the cap but they kept frickin Amendola at $6m and Arrington at $4.5m. Someone explain what's going on.

Incorrect. Not picking up the option on Revis got them under the cap. Also cutting Arrington & Amendola you just don't free up $6m and $4,5m.

The other 31 teams are stupid for not wanting an enforcer to make their secondary scary IMO. Receivers get scared when that man comes near them so i'll gladly have him back.
