Let's calm down for one second guys...

Ginn is a very good, versatile player. He'll do well in Miami.

I just think as Pats fans it can't get any better than this. The Fins just passed on a potential franchise QB that practically fell in their lap and used their 9th pick in order to contend with the fact that we took their versatile return/receiver guy.

So they used a 9th pick and passed on a great QB to fill the hole we created by giving up a late 2d and 7th.

Now, does Ginn have tools the Welker doesn't? Sure. He's a deep threat. Will he be better than Welker in the long run? Let's say maybe or even probably. But not necessarily. Plus, they'll pay him more.

On a broader level, this bodes well for the new regime down in South Florida!

It's looking like Pats vs. Jets in the division for the next few years.

Don't count out the Bills yet, they were surprisingly good last season. Thank Randy Mueller and Cam Cameron for a couple trap games each year. Now we know why Wes Welker is a Pat, I wonder if Miami is ready to take a 6th for Jason Taylor?

Quinn's girlfriend is hanging in, but the QB isn't. He's probably on the cell tearing super-agent Tom Condon a new one.

If the Texans land Staley or Ugoh in the second, this will be a very nice draft for them. Their defensive line that was absolutely woeful should be real solid, real soon.

Why would he have to be on the phone? Condon is back there with them. Kolber just talked to him about 30 min ago when Peterson was about to get drafted by Minnesota.

Quinn's girlfriend is pretty hot. She'll be very busy "consoling" him tonight after he drops somewhere in the 20's lol.

On another note, Okoye is a very good pick by the Texans. The kid is brimming with potential and only 19.

Dumb move by the Fins in passing on Quinn though, he would have solved their QB situation for years. They must really love Kolb or one of the other QBs on their board to pass on Quinn.

Texans don't have a 2nd round pick, so its unlikely that the Texans will be able to get anyone of note (Staley/Ugoh).

I watched every Texans game last year, Williams got much better as the season progressed. I liked that pick then, and I still like, despite all the ESPN idiocy about how they blew it by passing on Reggie Bush. A defensive lineman, especially a physical freak of an end that has tackle size and OLB speed, is worth more than any running back, period. If Okoye and Williams can play well and get a big rush, and keep blockers off of Ryans, they can have a very nice defense.
