Is there any chance we are about to watch Tom Brady's last game?

I know Tom Brady has mentioned he's a football player and would love to play into his 40's, but is there a chance that we are about to watch his last game?

IF IF IF (BIG IF) we are fortunate enough to come away from this game victorious, is there a chance he reconsiders and chooses to go out on top like John Elway?

I suppose it wouldn't be as far fetched as it sounds. So as if you needed another reason to enjoy the game, keep this in mind.

I swear, freaking nobody wants to let me enjoy this Superbowl
I am right there with you. The next two weeks will be the equivalent of feeling like I have just had bad seafood.

Not sure whether this is fortunate or unfortunate, but Brady strikes me as the kind of guy that won't retire until he's forced to, either by serious injury or by a season in which it's clear he isn't the same guy anymore. I just can't imagine a guy like him calling it quits coming off a championship (meaning he still has enough to win). He would never be able to rest in retirement wondering if he left one more championship on the table.

Idiotic thread man... Enjoy the teams accomplishment and have fun.

Not unless the asteroid that's just missing Earth on Sunday decides once and for all to disobey General Relativity and make a U-Turn for us a week later.

He has said he hasn't even thought about it.
Now a deflated ball a blow out victory a great nucleus of a team who will more than likely re up Revis and Mccourty restructure Wilfork and resign Castillas and possibly Ayers and he is going to retire no effing way.

I'd put it somewhere between 0% and no f****** way.

Brady will go out on top, but he has said he feels great and is enjoying the game.

I agree with slowing down all the "Debbie Downer" talk. Let's speculate if the head coach will bail after another title because he is tired of renaming and repainting his boat. And no, I was not serious about inviting that discussion.

I honestly dont think so. Guy has a ton of cash so hes not doing it for the money. I think he knows he will be bored and will certainly stay to try a repeat if we manage to win. I mean look at the AFC next year with Denver falling apart its ripe for the picking again.

Sure...I guess if Tom Brady get's sacked and paralyzed from the neck down, we'll be watching his last game *knock on wood*. But anything short of that we haven't seen the last of Brady.

Why would Brady retire in the middle of possibly his last 4 year window?

They have the talent to go back at least the next two years.

It is possible, but not anything to start a thread over.

I would rather have a Seahawks troll telling us Brady is a gay,old QB who can't throw a regulation weight ball than read this thread.

IMO Brady will do a "victory lap" before he bows out... but as I write this that does not sound like him.

I think he will make sure Garopolo or whoever his successor is ready to assume the helm..

No.

But maybe next year, after he pulls an Elway.
