I've got news for you: Fox makes no decisions with this team. Manning calls all the shots on offense and Del Rio runs the defense. Fox sits back in an easy chair and reads the newspaper, maybe has a cigar or two.

They made a half *** offer to Sanders .

I think the offer to Sanders was more aimed at helping to handcuff the Steelers that year, since they were tight against the cap. It does seem odd that they didn't make it slightly higher.

Had you been here during the offseason though, all you'd have heard was how overrated Sanders was, how "soft" he plays, he injury prone he is, and how overrated the move was. Obviously, he's helped Manning and the Broncos offense enormously. That was apparent in week #1 when he came out of the gate on fire.

By no means do I like the Mallard, but some of you act like he's Matt Schaub. Bump and run with a good pass rush or drop everyone into coverage and get a rush with 3,4 DL are only ways to stop this O.

Too many weapons, that can all get open on their own.

From last year? The defense yes, the offense no. Last year was a historic offense.

Because people are saying if the 49ers defense cannot stop that offense, who can? Ignoring the fact that they were depleted on defense including All World Patrick Willis. They will say the Chargers couldn't stop their offense ignoring both starting CBs were out of this game after the first quarter.
