My two reasons for the Seahawks huge step back:

1) Loss of depth along the DL. They lost Red Bryant, Chris Clemons, and Clinton McDonald and tried to make up for that by signing Kevin Williams. Jordan Hill also looks like a bust.

2) New ego on offense. Russell Wilson is throwing way too much.

Their OL has been devastated, and they've never been able to replace Abraham on the DL. They've got run stuffers, but their pass rush essentially doesn't exist.
