Game Day Thread The Official Patriots vs Raiders Game Thread

THIS IS OUR LIVE GAME DAY THREAD:

This is where we gather to follow things on Game Day. Obviously, emotions tend to be high so if anyone gets a little crazy, the use of the “Mute” button is encouraged on anyone who may be annoying to you to control your experience and to allow the moderators to also enjoy the game.

At the same time, please take a deep breath before over-reacting for the sake of making this a pleasant experience for everyone.

Lastly, we have never allowed promoting the use of any illegal streaming. This is illegal and will be enforced by copyright holders, which puts this site at risk. DO NOT POST ANY LINKS to those platforms.

This also means, there absolutely cannot be any mention these platforms, spaces, special characters, etc. - so do not get creative in trying to work around this request.

If you do you will have your account suspended.

I do not have the means to deal with legal issues and have already been contacted previously, so this absolutely needs to be adhered to. If you see any illegal links, please report them so a mod can remove them.

Why? He's 3o years old and has averaged 44 catches a year in his NFL career. About the same and Brandon LaFell over his first four years in the league and who is younger and who is not being asked to be the Pats go-to receiver.

Not counting the year he went on IR in the first game, Amendola has averaged 61 catches a year for his four years in the NFL.

Why do you like James Jones, but not these two Pats receivers?

Grass is greener syndrome.

sorta like Jolt cola is a jacked version of water....
Probably shoulda said jacked version of Dola that actually receives the ball from time to time.

MoJo retiring to Oakland. Sad sight to see. Shame we didn't get him instead of Baloney. What a beast back in the day.

Even the worst 3rd down offenses convert on us.

i just tuned in and without looking i'm sure the board is in full meltdown mode

16mill dollar break up.

Zolak says 7 DBs on that 3rd down play...

Even the worst 3rd down offenses convert on us.

Calm down. It is the first drive and it was a short pass. It isn't like they went very far on that drive.

Whoa, Arrington makes a play outside. Must be getting chilly in hell...

who gets Brady's first pass?....think I'll take Edelman and the over

3 in out be nice but i'll take a 6 and out.

Kinda got away with one. That is one they will call or not depending on which way the wind blows that day.

I still wonder why a guy was so wide open on that 3rd down. It's like, at least try to stop them.

Good start.. for once we are not running behind from the very beginning..

Pats really are rehabbing Patrick Chung.

Looked like a lot of single-high safety on that possession defensively. Patriots look to be playing the run and daring the Raiders to pass. Problem is the run got good yardage on a few of those plays.

Brady's first and last pass to LaFell...

A lot of miscues on the offense thus far. Both could have been completions. They need to clean that up.
