Colts fans, and their coach, are in non-stop whine mode, calling for a pass interference on the crucial INT.
Were the officials also supposed to tackle Darren Sproles?
Were the officials also supposed to prevent Trent Bustardson from fumbling?
The refs did seem to put the heeby-jeebies on the Philly DBs, such that they dropped a truly gift-wrapped interception earlier.
We are so lucky to have a team, a coach, and indeed a franchise that believes in accountability. Colts fans and even the whole organization were Bill Polianated over the course of a decade.
You are Bill Polianated...
-When no loss is ever your fault.
-When you are convinced that the refs are always out to get you.
-When you are convinced that you cursed by bad luck that is never of your own doing.
-When you truly believe that corrupt refs let the opponent get away with everything.
The opposite of Polianization is ACCOUNTABILITY.
I thought that a new coaching staff might change this deeply ingrained Colts issue, but alas,
the entire fan base and even the team still suffers from acute, persistent Polianitis.
