There is talk of Tebow time in St Louis. Michael Sam and Tim Tebow on the same team, you cannot script that.

I don't envision Washington trading Cousins given how poorly RGIII has played this preseason. Shanahan really destroyed RGIII I hope that playoff loss was worth it for him.

Why would the rams trade for mallett when cousins..Sanchez and other are out there who are better then him?

I can't see any of these guys being a good starter.

He was barely hit. I think you have to view his career as over if you are the Rams and draft his replacement next year. Depending on the cap nightmare either cut him, and your losses, or accept that anything you get from him is gravy and he can't be in your plans.

I doubt it's that he doesn't care. I think he just isn't as adept as Brady at getting his receivers the ball low and not leading them into huge hits. Maybe it's a mental thing, where in the moment it doesn't occur to him to do that. Maybe he's just less technically proficient at it. It's clearly a problem with Manning's game (and a significantly underreported one), but "because he doesn't care if he gets his WRs maimed" is pretty far down on the list of probably causes, IMO.
