The potential 53 man roster players that have worried me so far by their lack of effective play, is Smith, Anderson, Boyce, Buchanon, Forston, Vellano. Oh and our TE's (whoever they are) have been terrible.

He's listed at 6'3" on the Pats website. That's pretty good height for a WR.

I don't think that we have any TE's right now. They are all injured.

Their backups are obviously better than our backups. Though our starters sucked too. Offensive line was horrendous. Couldn't pass block OR run block. As much talent as this team has, if they can't protect the QB, we aren't gonna go far.

TE J Jones has to be congratulated for the magic trick of being invisible out there despite being 6' 8"

If one preseason game is any indication, I am off on my disdain for Garrapollo. He's looked awful and lost in the practice sessions, but he looks like the Pats #2 tonight...by a mile. Mallett had how many throws at the feet of open receivers during the 1st half? four...five. No rhythm. Bad decisions on routes. Garrop actually LOOKS like he can play in this league with a little experience.

First preseason game...vanilla everything on defense. Pure evaluation of one on one matchups on the 2nd and 3rd string guys. Meh. It's football at least. Can't wait for the doom and gloomers on the radio tomorrow.

I am disappointed about Justin Jones. I expected at least one catch to keep my hopes up, but i only saw one bad drop.

I am very disappointed in the lack of execution in all three phases of the game. This team was not ready to play.

The only significant disappointment for me was Mallett. Otherwise, Jimmy G, Tyms, and Butler were all pleasant surprises; and Chris Jones was the only injury. As long as he's okay, I'm going to be happy. Preseason does pretty much boil down to "hope for no injuries, everything else is gravy" anyway.

Tom Brady wants to punch someone in the nuts. One of the worst preseason outings that this team has ever shown up for. At least you don't want to post a goose egg out there.....preseason is a joke.....but don't be the butt BB!!!!
