I wouldn't be shocked if they kick Owenu back out to RT when he gets back if Reiff is successful at guard.

Agree. The question of course is...is the right side stronger with that change. Onwenu is good at RT but better at RG. But Reiff might be better at RG and not RT. I think if Reiff is going to be a starter then I prefer him at RG and Onwenu at RT.

His health permitting, Onwenu might even welcome the switch as a means of boosting his free-agent value next spring.
