Hate to say I've sunk this low, but I'm hoping the Pats at least make Denver remember this game.

It doesn't matter what the style of game is that is being played or how well it is being played. The Broncos are playing better football than the Patriots and have embarrassed them in the first half. That is undeniable.

They got some turnovers and a very quick big lead. The turnovers are embarrassing. The rest of the game is very competitive.

I've have now seen enough of Danny Amendola this season to conclude that Danny Amendola is no Wes Welker.

That is a true statement. Unfortunately AH turned out to be a murderer or I am sure the Pats would have kept Welker

He was on fire in the first few games and was (briefly) the league leader in receptions. What happened?

Not disagreeing there. Hopefully (baring the impossible), this game gets them ready to get some revenge. Luck for us this isn't a playoff game. Even if Patriots won this game they likely weren't getting homefield anyways. Ravens got wrecked by the broncos late in the season last year.

No doubt we're all hoping for a 49ers style comeback here but I just don't see it happening. The Broncos look to be the better team and to this point, I am at ease with that. It's just one of those things.

Is it wrong that I am now hoping for us to lose 60-0? There is not a guy I like on this team. A bunch of "nice", "high character" guys who are lucky they're in the AFC East. It's been that way for awhile. We've been lucky the rest of the division is worse than us, but we have no business competing for a Superbowl. The talent level on the NEP is GARBAGE.

You know what i actually want good weather from now on because at least everything would be normal with our offense. We wouldn't have fumbled 6 times in standard weather although it's no excuse of course.

That Denver D is very beatable.

yeah but we should play better in this weather. Its embarrassing how we are playing softly in this weather. Denver has come out and played hard and we have played like a dome team. they deserve to lose.

yes. So terrible. Because Solder got beat by one of the premier OLBs in the league. Because Cannon had his legs rolled up on. Because Vereen got injured at the beginning of the year. Because Ridley fumbles.

I agree with everything you just said. It's funny though how people are acting like Amendola is the reason they've come out looking horrific.

It's not Amendola's fault that Ridley fumbled and the Broncos ran it back for a TD.
It's not Amendola's fault Solder let Von Miller strip sack Brady and then let them go in for another TD.
It's not Amendola's fault Blount fumbled and then Denver kicked a FG.

All of these mistakes by us would have happened even if we had Welker instead Amendola on our team right now.

I don't think anyone is blaming Amendola for that I think it's more of recognizing that the signing of Amendola for $5 mil per season was not a good decision and he has done less than Edelman for this team this season.

Thank goodness the Jets and Dolphins lost today. Unfortunately Pats will drop to fourth spot in playoff race. But at this point, might as well not even worry about playoffs.
