So, to sum up the game to this point:

Ridley/Blount can't hold onto the ball
Neither can Edelman
Amendola can't get separation, and can't stay upright when he does
Gronk is still not 100%
Solder is committed to being a turnstile this year
Connolly-Wendell continues to be a disastrous interior pair
DTs suck against the run and have been solved against the pass




I think that about covers it, but feel free to add anything I've missed.

Anyone that just assumed Amendola would step in and be a 1 for 1 replacement has been wrong to this point. Brady is missing his security blanket on 3rd down. It would have been great to have Vereen and Welker out there together. Amendola isnt the same player.

Chandler Jones has made one of the biggest jumps I've seen in a player in recent memory. He's been all along the D-Line. He's played OLB in the 3-4. He's literally been everywhere this season.

And how about our coverage. Our DB's came to play.

Wow.. we just saw Manning get completely fooled by the coverage on that snap. Initially appeared to a cover 2, not sure what that morphed into but it caught Manning flatfooted.
