Week 12 NFL Games

****** a. Giants are going to make the playoffs....giants need to be kicked out of the league. Tired of these fluky runs lol.

Turner is now the OC in Cleveland. The system is different under their new coach Mike McCoy. Woodhead is good in any system.

Yeah but they haven't changed the offense.

Speaking of Turner's new team, Dion Lewis was tearing it up for Norv in that role during the preseason before he got IRed.

Woodhead is good in any system. But like any player (even Brady) there are some he's better in than others. I would argue that SD is a better fit than NE for his skillset.

What a fantastic day. Chiefs lose, Colts lose, Dolphins lose and the Jets fall from the 6th seed to the 10th seed.

Tonight's game is even bigger now, if we win...

-The AFC East is completely over. 3 games up with 5 games to go. (There was a worst case scenario of the Jets/Dolphins winning and both being a game behind us if we lost tonight)

-We solidify ourselves as the favorite for the #2 seed (being up a game on both the Colts/Bengals) and control our own fate for getting a first-round bye.

-We are right back in the chase for the #1 seed, with only one team (the Chiefs or Broncos, since one will be the #5 seed) ahead of us, by one game.

Dallas is incredible.

Huge catch by Bryant there

Will the Cowboys blow this game...

Indy is almost a perfect example of a team that plays to the level of its opponent.

Indy's a perfect example of a young team that needed its WR1 healthy in order to keep the other WRs in good matchup sets.

They also need a better running game. Trent Richardson has been a disappointment to put it mildly.

What happened to Dallas' running game?

Yeah but they haven't changed the offense.
The system isn't the same actually. Turner ran a vertical offense that features a lot of low percentage throws down the field (it's one of the main reasons Rivers' interception numbers and complete percentage were so horrible these last few seasons). High risk/High reward.

With McCoy's system they run a QB friendly offensive scheme, predicated around their short passing game and intermediate routes by receivers (it's one of the reasons why his comp pct. is at the top of the crop this season as opposed to what it was with Turner). They put more emphasis on getting the ball out quickly instead of holding on to it waiting for routes to develop down field.

It's a smart adjustment because their O-Line couldn't block to save their lives last season. They at least look competent this season so far due to the offensive changes in their scheme.

thats a catch by bryant..should be a review.

Colts AND Jets lose. The Football Gods have been too kind today.

Why does Dallas have to waste a timeout there? That should be a reviewable play. Home cookin...

Colts/jets/miami losses have lessened the pressure on the pats to win tonite.

Giants lose. Awesome.

Cowboys chok...

Nevermind, I forgot they were playing the awful Giants.
