Sad part was I really high on Bequette.

So was I, I actually thought he was more pro-ready than Jones coming out of the draft, what a fool I look like, haha.

They doubt they would cut Buchanon and it seems clear that Bequette shows them something, what it is, I don't know. So figured the old dude that just arrived would be the likely odd man out.

Nothing negative towards Carter. I like Carter. But what does he really have left in the tank?

Bequette showed them enough to be inactivated so Carter could play after 2 practices, so that should tell you something.
There are other guys to cut as well if you see Bequette as having a rosy future such as Mulligan, Ebner, Washington, etc.

Not necessarily. The Talib trade last year was last minute according to BB.
