You don't know much about police investigations, do you?

They ALWAYS question the people who were last seen with the victim. And they always search the homes of those people to rule them out as suspects.

Yes. Life is more mundane than the movies. It's why there is as much possibility that Hernandez had nothing to do with Lloyd's murder as him having everything to do with it.

I am not a cop....but I did stay at a Holiday Inn Express last night....:confused2:

And Tony Soprano just happened to die yesterday?????

I think not.

Don't stop believing

How many people had the Boston bombers totally wrong? The NY Post had a photo of a high school kid on their cover. The kid went to his local police and they were confused, they called the state police and they said that no one was looking for him.

That case was under a real time constraint too as they would have struck again.

Remember the CNN had reliable police sources saying that they had the bombers and were brining them to the Moakley courthouse? The media staked that out. This was a couple of months ago and the folks here should know better.

And of course the DC snipers were found in a white van.....wait....nope they were found in a old piece of **** car....:bricks:

You want my opinion? No chance he's guilty. I don't see this guy shooting somebody out of the blue like that.

Also the second the Pats organisation thought there is something not right with this guy on or off the field from the moment he got drafted to this point they would have cut him in a heartbeat and they certainly wouldn't have invested such a huge amount of cash in him not so long ago if they didn't see him as stable.

I don't see this guy being a bonehead and throwing his life away like Titus '10 counts' Young.

Not really. But claiming that this will ineluctably end poorly and that Hernandez must be guilty of something is useless, I'd agree with that.

I'm merely trying to say that this is an internet forum where our opinions and words really make no difference. We're just expressing ourselves talking about events which our words have no impact or bearing up and are useless to that extent.

And just to contradict myself, it's not useless for me personally to use this forum as a way to vent my feelings and thoughts towards the AH situation. I actually feel much better as I was very frustrated and upset but using this forum as an outlet for my emotions and thoughts has helped.

You might feel I'm jumping the gun in my feelings of assuming he's guilty, but I'll gladly be called a hypocrite and every other name in the book if AH is exonerated from all wrong doing and only serves a suspension for his involvement and the other gun-in-the-face incident.

Awwww sh.t, now there's a helicopter going over my house.

I was at the titty bar, honest, i was.

And you must believe also in the 'magic bullet' theory, right?

Can't speak for Dr Pain, but me, I do believe in due process and innocent until proven guilty.....you know all that silly old fashion stuff those old dudes with wigs threw in the Constitution....

You must have inside sources to make this claim. Since you've got those sources, perhaps you could give us the results of:

Fingerprint checks/tests
Ballistics tests
Parrafin tests
Clothes/DNA tests
Reenactment results
Test on cars
Precise contents of box removed from AHern's home yesterday
Decision to charge AHern as co-conspirator, shooter, felony-murder accomplice, or accessory after the fact
Any and all questioning/confessions and plea agreements

Yes, let me zip those up for you. Do you have a secure FTP address I can send to?

were you a juror in the OJ Simpson murder case? You sure sound like one.

Isn't this conflicting info? Seems people are leaping to conclusions, yet no one has basic info.

Forensic evidence places Hernandez’s car at one of the crime scenes in the case, according to a report from Fox Boston. The report also indicates that Hernandez appears to be “directly tied to the homicide,” as he had been with Lloyd at a Boston nightclub Friday night into Saturday, two days before Lloyd is believed to have been killed.

So, all these people speculating about Hernandez getting into and out of a car the night of the murder may be missing essential facts. Now, it could be that the police source for the quote above is the one with the missing info.

I'm sure everyone here would love to read the results. Just release them here.

Whereas you sound like one of those jurors who put innocent people on death row. screw the facts, i have a tee time to get to.

There it is. I've been waiting on that one. . I was gonna throw that out there yesterday, but the thread was getting rediculous with the "you should sing like a bird" comments.

WOWOW: Aaron Hernandez Destroyed Home Security System and Phone, Sources Tell ABC News

Police are back at the home of New England Patriot's tight end Aaron Hernandez today with another warrant based on evidence that "he destroyed his home security system,'' an investigator close to the case told ABC News. The investigator, and other law enforcement sources, confirmed that the security system - which included video surveillance - was smashed intentionally.

And a cell phone used by Hernandez was handed over to investigators "in pieces'' by his attorneys, the sources said.

Police also want to know why a team of house cleaners were hired on Monday to scrub

Hernandez's mansion, sources told ABC News.

Hey but let's not jump to conclusions.

Probably what led to the "arrest imminent" stuff...destroying evidence is bad. Based on that, the best case scenario is that someone else did it and he can get a deal by testifying against them, which may still lead to jail time (and certainly an NFL suspension, fwiw). Worst case, he'll be going away for a long, long time.

Not sure of the validity, but a comment on that states that AHern wasn't evev there THAT night. He was in Providence.

Nope, just a guy who chooses to base his opinion on fact, not speculation and dizzying media reports that often contradict one another. But if you get through life forming opinions on nothing more than your own assumptions, irregardless of fact. Then more power to ya....
