but we have wilson in building...so wonder how that effects that...will they let him walk without a contract offer?

Possibly doing his agent a solid but hosting him? I know they've been known to do that on occasion

I don't think BB wants to pay what Reed has been asking for.

The one situation that still makes me nervous is the Talib negotiation.
There have been enough signings to set his value. If Washington
comes up with a miracle with some cap space, he is a gone goose.
Most of the top cornerbacks are off the board.

I still see a team with very few viable wide receivers and cornerbacks.

I think you may be confused about who he is speaking of, because the KC Chiefs have Brandon Flowers, Sean Smith, and Dunta Robinson as their 3 primary CB's.

On top of that, they have Dwayne Bowe, Jonathon Baldwin, and Donnie Avery as their primary WR's.

That's a Britishism, I think, that hasn't made it to this side of the pond. Care to explain?

He he.

It's not really any different to "spanner in the works". I.E, to really put something into doubt.

By the way, Schwartz to the Chiefs has now been confirmed. He can play RT/RG. He's a typical Reid RT, though.....

I agree that Wilson could be cheaper. Why i want him. Especially since he is in the building...

That sucks, though I'm happy he got a multi-year deal for himself.

He quickly became a favorite. Goodluck to him, he's a player I can cheer for on almost any team.

Good luck Danny, you were a real asset.

I like what the Patriots are doing on a lot of levels.

But goddamn

This has been a heartbreaking off season. I'm gonna be crushed if we lose Edelman on top of Welker and Woodhead.

My scrappy smurfs

Eric Wright should be getting cut from the Bucs soon. Worth a look imo.

Surprise!
After being it was incorrectly reported that Delmas had signed with SF and then that he was close to signing with SF, he's going back to Detroit.

I think i know where Reed is going!

Sign wilson pats...d%#*!@t

Now Freeney is truly a free agent.

Straight $4M pay cut, from $12M to $8M, still far more than what he would have gotten as a free agent.

Now Freeney is truly a free agent.
Yep, and I think this whole situation might have screwed Freeney over. He had interest in joining Peyton in Denver, but the Broncos didn't tell them they had no interest until now, when pass rushers are getting terrible contracts.

USA Today's Mike Garafolo reports the Ravens are "getting involved in talks" with free agent Ed Reed after he left Houston without a deal.
The Texans made Reed a contract offer, and it sounds like he's bringing it back to Baltimore for a chance to match. Reed has spent his entire 11-year career with the Ravens. Per Garafolo, "they won't let him walk without a fight."

Sounds like Houston or Balt for reed
