You guys may have once again choked in the postseason, but at least you're better than the Jets! That must help ease the pain..right?

heh....you'll have to ask Mark Sanchez...I do have SOME morals...

daily reminder that although the pats aren't winning the super bowl the jets are really bad and will never be good. well peace

:D

All I can do is laugh along with you. Once things reach a certain level, I can no longer get angry. Many Jets fans are just as entertained by the team's "events" as you guys are. Fortunately, tonight we had something else to be amused by.

Go ahead and gloat over the Pats losing a championship game, you pathetic peon. Sadly for you, it's the most enjoyment you'll ever get from watching football.

I present to you:

Exhibit A -- Woody "PSLs Are All That Matter" Johnson
Exhibit B -- Wrecks "Please Gangbang My Wife" Ryan
Exhibit C -- http://www.nj.com/jets/index.ssf/2013/01/jets_gm_candidate_ted_sundquis.html

Spot on.

However, this is the only thread you'll see any gloating from me in because it invites it with open arms.

So if you tried this tactic at JI or GG, would they crucify you and hang you out to dry as a Pats loyalist?

Gloating from a Jets fan cannot be taken seriously, by anyone. You're simply a glutton for punishment as evidenced by the team you root for and the fact you've ventured into this thread. But it makes sense in its own weird way, since "masochist" is printed in bold on your certificate of New Jersey fandom.

Its funny that Jets fans would gloat over the Pats losing a championship game when, the greatest highlight for Jets fans over the past 40 years was losing back to back championship games. Your fan base should still be in hiding given the absolute disaster seasons it has had these past two years. Goodness, looking at the jets is always a great reminder of how lucky we are to be Patriots fans.

Since their season was over a while ago, some of them are looking elsewhere for their humiliation "fix." It turns them on.

I agree completely. You guys have a great owner, a great QB and a great coach. The way the club is run screams stability. Unfortunately, many in your fanbase take the success for granted, not realizing just how good you have it.

I don't know how old you are, but if you are not a youngster, and you are a Sox fan - I think you know where I'm coming from.

Not a Sox fan at all, but that's more a baseball thing in general. I don't see how the Jets have managed to maintain a fan base. Hardly any of the ones I've encountered are very knowledgeable about football.

"Humiliation fix" HA. So many pushers inside their own team offices.

From a perspective of attracting new fans, I agree with you. However, I'm fifty years old and have always rooted for the Jets. It's an addiction which I'll never be able to overcome. :(

As for your not encountering any Jets fans who are knowledgeable about football, my theory is that all New Yorkers have opinions - even the dumb ones! The people you've encountered are probably the ones who drink the green kool-aid every year, thinking that every move the team makes is the right one. While I'm sure these types exist within every fan base, dumb Jets fans seem to be more prominent because they are louder (and more numerous given NY's population).

The coach formally know as Jaba the Gut has been entertaining and has kept the freak show/circus alive in NY. Heres to four more years.

This thread is too funny... A fan of a team who's Super Bowl wins are tainted can talk about any team. Maybe the Jets suck, but at least their one Super Bowl win isn't tainted.

Rex Ryan Wrecked His Red Mustang After Running A Stoplight In Pennsylvania Last Week, According To Police [Updated With Photo Of Other Car]

Where was the post-crash press conference?

According to the police, Ryan was driving a red Mustang westbound on West 3rd Street in Bethlehem at 6:14 p.m. on Jan. 14 when he allegedly ran a red light at the intersection of West 3rd and Wyandotte Street. The Mustang collided with another vehicle, sending it crashing into the third vehicle. "It's a blind hill to some degree," a police source said, describing the intersection. "It kind of crests at Wyandotte Street."

One of the cars Rex (allegedly) hit:

After such a tough loss, I'd just like to take a moment and remind everyone of what is really important here.

I think we can all agree.
