1 td and 5 int over two games ain't gonna do it.:bricks:

Looks like it just did.

History is great and all, but today Peyton got the monkey off his back. That was a tremendous game and I was very entertained throughout the whole thing. I was absolutely stunned after that Samuel pick 6 that made it 21-3. The thing that did you guys in was your receivers. I herd countless times that you don't need WRs to win a super bowl, but it was evident today that you do. Caldwell's 2 big drops were costly.

Any how that was a great game and you guys had a good year. Congrats on that and we'll see you fellas in 2007.

(By the way, I can't wait till Samuel is in aqua and orange. )

Hmm...
The first drop didn't hurt, because we scored on the next play. The second drop hurt. But without Reche, we wouldn't have gotten this far anyway. The wide receivers didn't hurt us, the running game stalled in the second half. The defense spent 25 out of the 30 minutes on the field in the second half, they just didn't have anything left.
Still, not bad for a "rebuilding" year.
(Ps. It'll be a cold day in hell before Samuel plays for the dolphins )

I wouldn't call that a rebuilding year man. The truth is that if Caldwell catches the ball, the Pats will at least send the game into OT. He was wide open with a clear path to the end zone and the ball sitting in his lap.

And if you think the Pats will pay Samuel, not going to happen man. I don't know if Miami will offer him the money, but if they do, why wouldn't he come to sunny So Fla? You are aware that he played college ball at Central Florida right?

First of all, that wasn't Caldwell's fault, the defense had their opportunity to stop the Colts, they didn't. Brady had his chance with 1:00, he couldn't do it.

Why wouldn't Samuel want to play for Miami? Because he wants a Super Bowl.

It absolutly was. We came within 4 points of a SB with a JV squad of receivers.

As for the 2nd drop, there are alot a blame on that play. As much as I love TB, he should have diagnosed that play from jump and should have quick snapped with a 2 step drop before passing {instead of 5 he used}. It would have given Reche a clear path to the endzone. As it was, with Brady's normal 5 step drop, that play would have gained no more then 5-6 yds had Reche caught it. The Colts realized they were out of position and were adjusting before the snap. Reche took his eyes of the ball to check coverage which caused the drop. A crap mistake for sure, but I'l give him a pass (given the work he did this year).

As for Samuel.... If we let him walk, he is going straight to the JETS foe sure. I bet we don't let him walk.

Why would he play in Miami? Maybe because he wants what everyone wants and that's a fat paycheck (something the Patriots will never give.) Besides Miami isn't more than a year or two away.

Well than I've herd two perspectives because I'm hearing a lot of Caldwell supporters. (But you're right, I agree that the receivers are not very good.) I don't understand how a team with Tom Brady and that defense is rebuilding though. I think you're getting closer to rebuilding with Bruschi, Harrison and Dillon talking about retirement. Anyway, we'll just see what shakes out and like I've said, I think Samuel ends up in So Fla.

If I'm not bright, then it scares the hell out of me wondering what you might be.
I'm sure it does .just make sure your wearing your diaper so you don't embarrass yourself like you usually do .that thread you started legit article on why Miami wins the east makes for a great laugh and is a prime example of your lack of a brain lol lol

See, point proven exactly. You never attempt to make a football point. I may be wrong at times, but at least I have an understanding and perspective of the leauge. All you do is call people names, change what they say and post little smiley faces. All the traits of a true message board loser.
