If you count the old AFL, then they are 5-1. Otherwise they are 5-0.

Exactly. But, he specifically said AFC..... and the loss to the Chargers in 1963/64 was in the AFL Championship game, long beofre the AFL/NFL merger...

So, that being the case..... 5-0 would be the correct answer, IMO.
