Anyone else a little nervous right now?

I would feel less nervous if we had Randy to take the top off that DEN defense, make them respect us a little.

Really? I would be less nervous if I knew for sure that Spikes and Chung were going to play for sure.

I'm going to be honest, this is the most nervous I have been for a playoff game in quite some time, arguably against the weakest oppenent in the BB era. I just want it to be 11 oclock, the last two playoff games can be put to rest, and the pats are in the AFCCG.

I'm just the opposite. Last year vs the Jets I was very nervous because you just don't beat a team that bad twice in a row and I figured (correctly) the Jets would play that game as their Super Bowl and win.

Right now I am excited, not nervous. It's much more enjoyable today because, for me, if the Pats win, that's great. If not, they don't deserve to be there anyway so better now than in the AFCC or god forbid another SB loss.

To be completely honest, a large part of it for me is, the Steelers being done.

Anyone but Pittsburgh.

Am I selfish but I just don't want a win I want a demolition, a blow out a destruction!

I am slightly joking, but against BAL I would kill for Moss.

Now im honestly worried about the o-line, and receivers but mostly the line. Brady is awesome, but they don't give him time in these type of games and DEN knows this.

Well if Vollmer is active they can use a three TE set with Solder as the third TE. That gives ample blocking and we should be able to run against that undersized DL of Denver.

If we lost a valiantly fought Superbowl to the Packers or Saints, I don't think I would be too mad, who knows. A loss today would suck beyond words.

I had a dream early this morning. It looked something like this:

Except in the dream, the ball came flying out and Denver recovered.

Man i had a dream that the Broncos were a pretty average team. Then i realized i was awake

Yeah, I'm not looking ahead, but against Baltimore, the Pats would def benefit with Moss even as a decoy to loosen up that defense even though I still think they are overrated.

As for the O-line, if you want to trace back from the 3 straight playoff loses, the Oline has played terrible and thats been the difference. In games like this where the defenses are going to focus on Gronk/Welker/Hernandez, they need to get Ocho more involved.

That's Tom Brady, not Tim Tebow.

The ball doesn't tumble out.

Keep dreamin'.

I'm watching every episode of game of thrones to help me ease.

Hopefully tebow gets the same fate as ned in the game.

I'm always tense before a game. I expect this team to win every time it goes out there but outcomes are sometimes unclear due to tipped passes, fumbles unexpected defenses etc. I don't think I will ever change in this regard because if I do that means I've become complacent. Why cheer for anything if the outcome is always certain? It would be like playing tic tac toe as an adult. No fun.

As a Bronco fan ... We have nothing to lose ...

Asinine. You absolutely have something to lose: a playoff game, along with an appearance in the AFCCG, and Super Bowl hype. Don't get it twisted, rookie. Regardless of what the casual fan expects in this game, the stakes are exactly the same for both teams.

Yup.Sure I believe the Pats with Brady ,Belichick,Gronk etc are the better team, but its that "Any given Sunday " factor I worry about....However I did wear my Pats 2003 Championship sweatshirt to work today, that should work in our favour ...

Well, then maybe I should restate this. We *DO* have something to lose. But even if we lose, the 2011 Broncos season is already one for the ages.

EDITED TO REMOVE AN APPARENTLY TAUNTING COMMENT. This was not my intention. Sorry about that. - Armchair Bronco.

Trivia Question: Which NFL team had the easiest cream puff schedule in the league this year, with only 2 games against winning teams and then went 0-2 against those so-called "Quality Teams"?

13-3 against a cream puff schedule...nice!

Tim Tebow, Denver Broncos look to create more magic against New England Patriots - Kerry J. Byrne - SI.com

Your not considering the time frames in which we played these teams and the teams that were playoff teams last season.

We played a very hot Cowboys team beat them
we played you guys off of a 6 game winning streak at the peak of Tebowmania and beat you (handedly i might add)
We beat the jets coming off a 3 game win streak
We beat an improving eagles team in their park
We beat Miami who won 7 of their last 10 (one loss included us)

Twist it however you want but number one seeds have the toughest schedule going into the next season. Id rather have 13 wins and a conference title than 8 and backing into the playoffs Jets style.

Hey bud, enjoy your final game :singing:
