Paging Jonathan Kraft - Fix the Coaching Staff
We haven't had a strong total coaching staff in years. Belichick only has 1 strong assistant with Scar for the O-line. The rest of his assistants need A LOT of help. Belichick stands there all game and doesn't talk into his mic, he's letting his amateur assistants trot out piss poor schemes and game plans.
Can someone explain why Faulk was used as a 3-down back today? It's reminiscent of the terrible Baltimore playoff loss a few yrs ago where O'Brien did the same thing. Can someone explain why we have both safeties play back all game, but also have our corners play 10 yards off the line, instead of playing underneath or pressing?
Jonathan Kraft - OPEN UP the checkbook and stop counting on Belichick to do 3 to 4 jobs at the same time. It clearly isn't working, there's too much for Belichick to have to take care of. The fact that Belichick looks so passive, suggests to me that he's kind of letting these things happen, possibly to show the front office what happens when he isn't killing himself over every single detail and doing multiple jobs at the same time to keep the team going.
