How many minutes have the offense had possession. How many 3 and outs have the defence forced. You can't score without the ball. Them scoring on almost all their possessions the past year and a half is an anomaly not the norm.

when the offense is not clicking, there's no chance in hell the defense will bail them out. I think the Patriots are still a first round playoff team, but that's it. they will be lucky to get to the AFC title game.
