It's tough - and I don't blame you at all for bringing up the subject. What I try and do with most of them is to try and expand on a topic and include additional details that may not be included with the original report, or to include other bits of information I've seen/read. It's different when you're trying to effectively aggregate and make them informative.
A lot of the entries are just a vehicle to provide people with a quick summary of what's going on, and sometimes there's more than one take on a topic from different writers, so I try and include everything to have everything available in one entry. Not to mention that a large percentage of the entries are ready by people who don't even use the forum. So it's tricky, because they're generally written keeping in mind that casual fans are going to be reading them, as well as the people here in the forum.
Thanks for the kind words on the daily links entry. That one takes well over an hour each day to put together, and it's also done first thing in the morning, generally before all the rest of the news for the day happens - which is why I try and provide additional updates throughout the day. But the additional plan is also to have additional breakdowns like the Ridley entry and a few other player spotlights. So you'll see those too.
I appreciate the feedback, and obviously I'll take this and will adjust going forward to try and make them better. As for the article Mo pointed out - I was out at my son's football practice when that came through - so that's why it was missed. Give me a little credit, because I did make sure to include a separate mention of Silver's article on Kraft this morning. I try to focus on everything, not just the negative stuff
