Does Ridley remind anybody else of Mark Ingram? Both powerful runners whose greatest strengths are outstanding balance and non-stop feet, making them hard to tackle. Both are active in blitz pickup and have soft hands for the reception. Neither has any breakaway speed.

But of course, the Saints gave the Patriots a 1st & a 2nd for the chance to take Ingram, and we Pats Fans all screamed when they spent a 3rd on Ridley.

Dance in the end zone down 28-7 in a preseason game reminded me of a rookie Keshawn Johnson taking off his helmet and going bonkers over a touchdown when the Jets were losing by four or five touchdowns. Granted it was his first NFL touchdown, but still, it was way out of line considering the circumstances.

Man this Ridley guy looks good, great burst, great vision, pounding running style.

Not canton bound yet, but he is head above shoulders above Law Firm, just my opinion!

Ridley throws a huge shoulder, picks up 9 yards after breaking two or three tackles. Get them a nice FG attempt. Loving this kid.

I think Sammy and Faulk are fighting for a spot unless Vereen gets PUP'd or IR'd and then Sammy loses. It'll be interesting to see Medlin a little later tonight...
