Cullen Jenkins

I hope this guy is on our radar. Would replace and probably exceed the production we were hoping to get back with Warren. Expensive but probably worth it. I think he might want to get back with GB somehow...

Re: Cullen Jenkins

Only if it's in the $5mil/year range for 3-4 years. He's not going to get Wilfork money. He's the same age as when it was time to re-up on Seymour. Don't see the team overpaying for him.

Raheem Brock

Well since my binky Jenkins is gone, other than pulling off a trade for Osi, I wouldn't mind seeing this dude here. Always like his game. Good Motor.

Why not kick the tires on Shaun Ellis?

He certainly has something left after what he did to us last year. Not sure if he would play here, but would be a nice DE option.

Re: Why not kick the tires on Shaun Ellis?

Would love to see Ellis here. He'd offer fantastic scheme versatility as a viable end in both a 3-4 and 4-3.

And there's the stick it to the Jets factor...

Re: Lofa Tatupu is about to be released.

Shefter tweeted that he wouldn't renegotiate his contract so he asked for his release. Team reluctantly will give it. Unless his salary is so out of whack, it seems like a bad move for Seattle to release him.

According to the ESPN article, his pay this year was supposed to be about $4M.

Son of a Patriot......

Just sayin

Re: Lofa Tatupu is about to be released.

Oft injured and too small for a 3-4.

Re: Lofa Tatupu is about to be released.

There are a lot of teams not named the Patriots that may need his services.

What 3-4? j/k

I don't think we should even be talking about this guy.

1 - Bruschi was 6'1, 248lbs, Tatupu is 6ft, 250lbs.

2 - With the addition of Haynesworth there is the possibility we'll be playing more 4-3.

3 - He kinda looks like Brushi.

Not in those pictures xD

Tatupu looks like the kindly neighbor handing out Halloween candy.

Bruschi looks like he'd eat the young.

I'd love that move, but not sure if BB would share the same affection.

Re: Lofa Tatupu is about to be released.

would be a good pickup for your new 4-3, if anyone can turn him around...it's NE

Re: Lofa Tatupu is about to be released.

We'd be stupid to not take a look at this guy. Oh that's right...we have Gary Guyton.....

The dynamics of the signing would be tremendous. Still young, great motor...definitely has talent....would hide nicely behind Wilfork and Haynesworth.....would get a huge welcome from pats nation based on legacy, and I'm sure playing for his dads old team would mean a lot.

Sign the BEAST!

Re: Lofa Tatupu is about to be released.

Well he IS my cousin so I'd love it! Don't know if we really need another ILB, but if there is room and he doesn't cost too much he is a stud.
